Vandana has been a dedicated Montessori educator for over twenty years. She began her career as an early childhood teacher, earning her certification from the Montessori Education Center of the Rockies. Vandana has taught in a variety of educational settings across the country, including both public and private, and in school communities ranging from 12 to 300 students.

She later transitioned to directing a nature-based Montessori school in Elburn, Illinois, serving children ages three to twelve. Under her leadership, the school community flourished, growing from just four children to forty-two in a few short years. Vandana holds a Bachelor of Arts in Early Childhood Education and recently earned a Parent Coaching Certification through the Jai Institute for Parenting.

Passionate about nurturing the whole child, Vandana advocates for educational models that celebrate each child's uniqueness while supporting their love of learning. Her compassionate nature and non-judgmental approach help foster an inclusive school community where everyone has a voice and a vital role to play.

Beyond her professional life, Vandana is a dancer, nature enthusiast, and seeker of truth. Most importantly, she is a loving mother to her dear daughter, Jasmine.
